BlueSky Health Again Designated as PCMH

BlueSky Health has been re-selected as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) designated practice by Blue Cross Blue Sheild of Michigan for 2010.  It remains the only health care practice in the Keweenaw region to be selected for the designation period of July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011.

"We remain happy that the biggest insurer in the state continues to recognize the PCMH model as a perferred model for primary care, and that we were selected" said BlueSky Health founder Dr. Jeffrey Huotari. 

Dr. Kimberly Dovin and Dr. Huotari, BlueSky Health's two physicians, were also each individually selected as PCMH designated providers.
