BlueSky's Services & Pricing for Self Pay Patients:
We believe in transparent pricing so that our patients know exactly what to expect when they pay for their services at BlueSky Health.  We abate your fear of unforeseen costs as we promise to always discuss our prices with you if any unpredictable concern or new problem arises during your initial visit.

New Symptom Evaluation:
There are so many symptoms to choose from, so simply bring in your symptom and we will evaluate it starting at $75 for the first symptom evaluation.

Preventive Care:

Preventive care would include all child wellness exams and yearly male and female wellness exams.  We have broken down our prices based on the age of the patient. 

Note:  This is not a "complete physical."  If you desire Preventive Care plus management of a chronic or new problem during the visit, you are welcome to schedule them together but you will be charged for each. 

Preventive Exam < 18 yrs. $75

Preventive Exam > 19 yrs. $100

CDL Exams, Procedures $125

Strep Culture, Urine Test $15

Procedures:

The listed price is for a procedure only.  If your condition has never been evaluated by Dr. Dovin or Dr. Huotari you will also be charged $75 for a new symptom evaluation, this will help with determining if the procedure is appropriate.

Procedures $125.00

Skin Lesion Excision $75, plus pathology

Joint Injection $75

Wart Treatment-Freeze $75 first wart, $10 each subsequent

Incision and Drainage $75

Circumcision-Age < 3 months $250
 

Chronic Disease Management
Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, emphysema, asthma, others.

Your first visit is $75 for an initial review of your case and $50 for each follow-up visit.  To correctly manage a chronic disease and keep it stablized we recommend around four visits per year.  So, for the very low cost of $225/year you can have one of our doctors manage and stablize your chronic disease to ensure that you stay healthy.

BlueSky's Services & Pricing for Insured Patients: 

You are expected to pay your co-pay at the time of visit.  Thank you. 

We are enrolled providers of Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and PPOM insurances.  Pricing will be determined by the fee schedule for each; it is not possible to determine these until the completion of the visit, as the price is dependent on many variables.  

We also ask that our insured patients understand their benefit packages because once we bill your insurance company we all become committed to the price listed on the Explanation of Benefits.  Therefore, we strongly suggest that you comprehend your coverage because you will be held liable for any charges that are rejected because of a contractual misunderstanding.
